If you have decided to stop coffee don’t
stop cold turkey it can be very painful. Go slowly. Drink lots of water and

Like a big bag of chips that you eat on an
empty stomach. It does not get diluted, when it it’s the gallbladder 3 to 4
hours later the headache starts.
It is a sort of migraine headache,
vomiting feeling; your eyes may hurt (eyes related to the liver).

½ organic lemon
1 cup of water
Juice
½ lemon pour juice into cup. Take juice out peel,
cut into pieces, place into a pot with a cup of water.
Simmer the lemon peel in the water for 10
min strain water into cup with juice. Discard peel.
Drink hot & Enjoy!
